Terms and Conditions
Guests are not officially enrolled in an event until payment has been received. Guests that choose to register and defer payment until the start of the event are placed on the Guest List as “Pending” and run the risk of losing their space to someone that is willing to commit to the event by making a payment.
A guest may be provided one (1) opportunity to be rescheduled into another event without being required to pay another fee. However, in order to be rescheduled, a guest must notify the office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of event. Please note that rescheduling is dependent on availability. Guests must realize that there is no guarantee that an event can be rescheduled in the current calendar year. Guests that cannot be rescheduled into another event may request a refund in writing prior to the end of the calendar year.
Guests who are late or miss their event are not eligible for rescheduling under this policy.
An event typically does not run in heavy rain. If the company determines the event needs to be closed due to harsh weather, unsafe conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be issued a full refund for the ticket price or rescheduled into another event.
The event fee will not be refunded to an individual who fails to participate in any portion of the event. A guest may be refunded an event fee for an event only if the guest has not participated in any portion of the event and has given at least forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to the start of the event. The guest must submit a written request for the refund with the original copy of their event fee receipt. This refund request must be made before the end of the calendar year in which the event course was scheduled.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@caliwagon.com.
Anyone interested in an event can be added to the event Wait List. Wait List guests may report to the venue location approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of the event. Wait List guests are selected at the location based on the order registration. If selected as a Wait List guest, you must be prepared to pay the appropriate fee to participate. Payment can only be made by major credit card or check card, money order or cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.
All events start promptly at the times indicated. If you are late, you will not be allowed to participate and your spot may be given to a Wait List guest. There is no grace period. The company is is not responsible for circumstances that might cause a guest participant to be late and it is the guest’s responsibility for being on time. Therefore, a guest needs to allow themselves enough time for traffic, road hazards, weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry and will NOT be issued a refund.
Exact entry times are subject to available space. If you are in line for your designated ticket time, your ticket will be honored.
We expect all guest to behave in a family-friendly and appropriate manner. Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting the line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return. Unless specifically designated as such, smoking and / or drinking alcohol is not allowed during the event.
