We ride rain or shine wherever conditions allow. Bring blankets and dress warmly.

If we cancel your departure, for weather or any other reason, you are refunded in full automatically. You don't need to do anything.

If you need to cancel, tell us at least 48 hours before your ride and we'll refund you in full. Inside 48 hours we'll move you to another departure this season if seats are available, but we can't refund.

Cali Wagon, LLC reserves the right to cancel a ride at its discretion for weather or safety.

If your party arrives after the wagon has already left there are no refunds. If your party is still boarding, we will not leave until everyone is on board.

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting the line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

Smoking and / or drinking alcohol is not allowed in the wagon or during the event.

During the ride, you are expected to stay inside the wagon at all times.
