Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run your booking and reach you about it, and we don't sell your information.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the number and kind of tickets, any special occasion you tell us about, how many children two and under are riding, and your booking history with us. Our payment processor gives us a record of each payment (the last four digits of the card and the processor's transaction number); we never see or store your card number.

When you tick the box agreeing to our terms, we record the time, the exact wording you agreed to, your IP address and your browser. If you book with us in person and agree to the terms there, we record the time, the wording, and who from our team showed or read it to you.

If you tick the box agreeing to marketing texts, we record the time, your IP address, your browser and the exact wording you agreed to. If you ask us to tell you when a season opens, we keep the email address or mobile number you gave and the fact that you asked. If you send in photos, we store them with the permission you give us. When someone uses "Find my booking", we log the attempt and its outcome with the connection's address, never the details typed.

What we send

We email you a confirmation when you book, with your ride page link and your ticket, and a copy of it if you ask us at the curb or by phone. If you book a seat at the curb and choose to pay by link, we send you that link. That is all we send today. We do not send text messages, ride reminders, weather notices or marketing messages at present; if we start, this page will say so first, and any text will tell you how to stop them.

Card details

We never store your card number. Card details are entered into fields that tokenize them in your browser and send only a secure token to our payment processor.

Cookies and tracking

We count visits to our own pages ourselves, on our own server: which page was opened, when, which site linked to it, and whether it was a phone or a computer. We set no cookie for this and we do not store your IP address. To tell one visit from another we make a scrambled code from the connection's address and the browser, using a key that changes every day and is then deleted, so a visit cannot be followed from one day to the next or traced back to you. No outside analytics service is involved and we run no advertising trackers, so there is no consent banner to click through.

The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own staff. Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's request for the font files. If we ever add an outside analytics service or advertising pixels, we will say so here first and ask for your consent where it is required.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your personal information, including any photos, and we will remove it. To make a request, contact us and quote your booking reference if you have one.
